With You (Original) By Facing West-Gone With the Wind?

‘My darling your such a child, you think by saying ‘I’m Sorry’ all the past can be corrected.”-Rhett Butler (Gone With the Wind)

Caitlin and Sidney, of Facing West, have written and produced a new video for their original single, “With You.” The rhythmic sound and spirit of this song can make you think of Rhett Butler’s Gone with the Wind words quoted above, and how things got to an irreparable point in the relationship.  Yes, daily more appreciative music lovers are tuning into the talented group Facing West’s music! Even though it is not Facing West’s inspiration for producing this song, you will still note the story of what damages a good relationship or friendship period. You will also note in their song and story what happens when a person says WHEN (Meaning I had enough).

“Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a _____” – Rhett Butler. A quote from Gone with the Wind. He uses language that though it is more common to hear today, it ignited ears of movie goers back then!

Please allow me to share now the new song & video from Caitlin and Sidney of Facing West!

With You, Maybe Tomorrow

After all the words have been said and done, there is a process of healing that a lot of people have to go through. Here is a poem the heart produces at times by broken promises, relationships, and friendships. Who hasn’t experienced at least one of these three?  What also can happen after the healing?

Maybe Tomorrow

You hurt me, but I don’t hate you.

You made me question how you feel about me, but my heart still has some room to love you.

The heart has an infinite capacity to love; I don’t want hurt and pain to make mines nor yours finite.

Human hearts carry deep refreshing waters of  friendship, may they never be turned muddy  for all time;  when no one can taste the sweetness that was once there.

You have wished for our friendship before, will you truly call for it again?

You helped in keeping our wells free of debris, do you desire to clear away the damage?

You have hoped for such marvelous feelings of being appreciated beyond academics, do you desire to be appreciated now?

You worked hard for a true friendship before, dear, dear one, do you desire to again?

If all your replies are sincere and true, then maybe, maybe tomorrow; we can start anew.
