Hide and go seek

Hide and go seek:

Remember when we used to play hide and go seek in your father’s big old creaky house?
You were always the best at hiding yourself away.

Sometimes I couldn’t find you at all, As we got older you got even better at hiding.

Hide and SeekYou found a hiding place within your own body, within your own mind.
I began to feel like a child again;
Walking past your hidden form countless times, but never could I find you.

Now I realize you weren’t hiding in your mind, you were hiding from it,
So in the process, as hide and go seek taught us, you hid from me, from everybody.

What if this time I never find you?
Don’t disappear forever my darling.
