Poetry Say your love is true

From the poetry archives December 2012

Your love is like the redness of roses. The strength of it never decomposes.Your love is like the bluest ocean. It keeps both of us sailing and in motion.Your love is like the vibrant grass covered with morning dew.How refreshing it is to say your love and my love is true.

When I said It

When I said it
Every word was meant through the sun and the rain.
Through the rays and the storm.
Like ships docked in an island of the ocean, the anchor has to be raised sometime.
As we host the sails the words still ring true, you belong to me, and I to you.
Please do not allow the seasons of departure cause you to forget.
When we return there will be rejoicing in store and… the sun rays once more.

PoeArtistry The Written Word

PoeArtistry The Written Word

Being a man who considers few words with meanings,
I savor flowerful conversation at times that pass on into the evening hours.

The meaning of these words bloom to such a degree they are Enlivened with a Quantum source on our minds. Such Enliven words at light speed travel the neuron paths, to the nerve tracks, the arteries and veins, to animate our hearts with joy.

I would be amissed to not articulate the sorrow as we sympathize with the pain of another in some dialogue form or another.
Yet, such sadness of the soul; whether light, dark, or bronze in flower bloom; gains a gift from your kind words or greeting card poem.

Poetry is for the imagination of the mind. Poetry is for the Enlivenment of the heart.
What is it, if not for its words and cadence.

The combination creates exquisite art.

Art is for the creativeness of the mind. Art is for the viewing of the eyes to the heart.
What is it, if not for the skilled beholders and potters using all the colors of the wind placed onto canvas.

Sages in their land often appreciate poetry and the arts in its many forms.
On a peaceful night… On a fine night; The Sages engages in, but also listens to others, who articulate the heart’s PoeArtistry

Original Post January 16, 2020

Greetings Poetry Community,
When you attend a poetry slam function, or as it is also called, ‘the spoken word’, what are you there for in a way of entertainment? What are you looking for?

Poetry is one form of entertainment that even a lot of introverts find refreshing after an hour or two of a evening on the town. Poetry is soft, but it is also intense(vibrant); yet when the environment is set just right (cave or hole in the wall atmosphere) with the lighting and seating, oh what an experience.

Poets you better bring it! I Just felt I should share that thought. See Sage Innerarity

Poetry is a gifted way of speaking that imparts thoughts and pleasantries upon others.

Have you ever written a poem? Then why not try and write one today? Much success to you.

Poetry Community – Thank you for Caring and Sharing.

The Magnificent Animals First Poem

Did you laugh when the cat just stared at you.You coached it with foodFrom your best baked viddles its tongue spat out in haste

Oh how much I love thee you tell the cat time and again. And they stare at you as if to say; you should, because it is such a blessing to have me as your friend

As the cat turns away saying good-bye with its tail, trusty Fido comes into the room to say, you are the best person anyone could have in their life and worth more than all the gourmet dog treats in the world.

Oh you magnificent animals, whether a cat or dog in the world, what would life be like without you to give each day a conversation as unique

While a fine man appreciates his fine wine to drink

That lady over there sure loves to dance
And she has a special selection of songs not left up to chance

Ah, Life’s Recreation aren’t you glad we can be refreshed winter, spring, summer, and fall.

Good God Some may say, we really do have it all!

Seeing Real Beauty

Seeing beauty at times takes a trained eye.
It is more than just looking up at the sky.
Some can take the easy way out by
repeating what everyone has said before.
But in order to be original the ability to
see beauty has to go beyond the surface of the door.
The face is just a shield.
What’s inside happens to be the true yield.
It often takes insight and training to
see beyond such borders
to not go along with the established order.
You don’t have to wait until you are older.
Young in age too can find beauty is
in the eye of the beholder.
