Humans like to receive and give good things. We learn from an early age that being tight-fisted / stingy is a trait to be avoided; because “there is more happiness in giving than receiving.” -Act 20:35

You can gleam a look into my writing process by reading the answers to these 4 specific questions:
1) What am I working on?
As you can see, I’m working on guest blogging. Getting the word out, you know. Over the years, the journal section of this website has gone through a transition of short blurbs, to detailed reports. It is hoped you will continue to find the reports interesting… Read on to question 2.
2) How does my work differ from others of its genre?
And Why? If what you read motivates you to make changes in your life…
It becomes your reality!’
You can appreciate the language used in the book is expressive; colorful as I say, but no profanity. And the books are designed to do more than entertain, they are intended to engage the thought processes of the reader to such a degree that at times your appreciation of storytelling, music, facts, and poetry will all be addressed throughout the trilogy. You will discover deeper meaning to the statements made in the books.
3) Why do I write what I do?
I will answer this question with a popular poem I wrote back in 2010 aptly called, “Reasons for Writing”
You ask a child why do you write?
The child says I have to practice my alphabet to get it right.
You ask a teenager why do you write?
They may respond I have a thesis paper that my teacher has added to my plight.
Oh, but ask an adult what is on your mind?
They will break out in song and poetry over time.
‘You write because the blank screen or page is there.’
‘You write to someone to let them know you care.’
‘You write due to all the creative capacity residing in thee.’
‘Yes, you write to set such intellectual aspirations free.’
With the above poem in mind, “I write what I do”, is due to my daily routine of reading and my desire to express what I see in a way of helping all people. Read on to point number 4 and you will see what I mean.
4) How does your writing process work?
Oh, don’t you ever ask my wife about my writing process, she may say it starts before Mr. Rooster awakens in the morning. It really doesn’t. Okay, initially it started at that time, but not anymore.
On a regular basis, and it is just the way my mind works, I will awaken around 5 to 6 in the morning. I get a cup of coffee and read a portion of the Holy Bible for the day. During the process, I open (here comes a shout out) Scrivener and jot down thoughts, events, and observations. Just because I often write these thoughts down, does not necessarily mean they will ever be published. There are subjects I’ve written about over the years that in the beginning of a rough/raw draft I wrote it in, and if read by others, some particular preferences would have loved what was written, while other types would have burned the books and web pages if they could. So there are writings and stories never published in my journal.
Hence, with the above example in mind, my writing process begins in the morning or night with a cup of coffee. As I jot down thoughts, research, observations, and helpful tidbits in my journal; I wait until a story or blog post formulates in my mind. Even though we all want to put passion, or as some will say fire in our stories, my desire for the reader is to leave the writings/stories with feelings of hope. Even if all the silver linings are about to be torn down in the story’s plot, there is still hope! This is how I decide whether the many colorful things I write about will appear in a book, blog, or another website. Granted, you can’t please everyone, but you can at least try to prepare your writings like a palatable meal.

Sometimes the calmness is like a peaceful river. Don’t we all want happiness and peace? At times, no matter how serious this report may sound to you, keep in mind positive results can come about for being informed.
Ecclesiastes is written by the same wise man who wrote the book of Proverbs, King Solomon. Note background information.
Ecclesiastes contains practical advice on what is truly worthwhile in life and what is valueless. Since Solomon refers to some of the building projects he had undertaken, he must have written Ecclesiastes after their completion and before his deflection from true worship. (Nehemiah 13:26) That places the time of writing before 1000 B.C.E., toward the end of Solomon’s 40-year reign.” -w06 11/1 p. Highlights From the Book of Ecclesiastes
Are you looking forward to finding out what this book teaches all who read it? Even though we will only talk about several scriptures here today, the few that are chosen addresses how many of you feel about things you experience in life. Yes, the social networks like Twitter and Facebook have people expressing their happiness, along with the frustrations that take away their peace at times but don’t know why. Well, as always dear tenderhearted ones, read on and see what God’s Word tells us presently about life and how to have a balanced view of it. This way you can decide for yourself on how to proceed with daily activities.
You will read further Holy Bible scriptures from Ecclesiastes that give you a panoramic or All- around view of life in these references:
Yes Fun is a Gift from God!
Ecclesiastes 2:24 – With a man there is nothing better [than] that he should eat and indeed drink and cause his soul to see good because of his hard work. This too I have seen, even I, that this is from the hand of the [true] God.
Ecclesiastes 3:12, 13- I have come to know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good during one’s life; and also that every man should eat and indeed drink and see good for all his hard work. It is the gift of God.
Ecclesiastes 3:22- And I have seen that there is nothing better than that the man should rejoice in his works, for that is his portion; because who will bring him in to look on what is going to be after him?
The scriptures above are very clear wouldn’t you agree? And one researched reference says of Ecclesiastes 2:24; 3:12, 13, 22. “Enjoying the fruits of our labor is not wrong.”-[w06 11/1 p. Highlights From the Book of Ecclesiastes]
Being Solely Engaged in Cultural Activities
Dear readers, you will see from the highlighted scriptures below why our selected reference material states: “Cultural activities, such as architecture, gardening, and music, as well as luxurious living are “a striving after wind” because they neither make life truly meaningful nor bring lasting happiness.”
King Solomon says in (Ecclesiastes 2:3-11) . . .. I engaged in greater works. I built houses for myself; I planted vineyards for myself. I made gardens and parks for myself, and I planted in them fruit trees of all sorts. I made pools of water for myself, to irrigate with them the forest, springing up with trees. I acquired menservants and maidservants, and I came to have sons of the household. Also, livestock, cattle and flocks in great quantity I came to have, more so than all those who happened to be before me in Jerusalem. I accumulated also silver and gold for myself, and property peculiar to kings and the jurisdictional districts. I made male singers and female singers for myself and the exquisite delights of the sons of mankind, a lady, even ladies. And I became greater and increased more than anyone that happened to be before me in Jerusalem. Moreover, my own wisdom remained mine. 10 And anything that my eyes asked for I did not keep away from them. I did not hold back my heart from any sort of rejoicing, for my heart was joyful because of all my hard work, and this came to be my portion from all my hard work. 11 And I, even I, turned toward all the works of mine that my hands had done and toward the hard work that I had worked hard to accomplish, and, look!everything was vanity and a striving after wind, and there was nothing of advantage under the sun.
Hmm, King Solomon, who attained everything a person could want in life came to a thought provoking conclusion!
We will take a break now so that you can meditate on the scriptures shared with you today. Oh, there is much more to cover from the book of Ecclesiastes. And more will be shared on the state of human social dealings with one another.
Since you have now read King Solomon’s expressions for yourself, what conclusions do you draw so far from this report?
Until next time, may something positive happen for you this day! – Kind regards
A variety of people enjoyed the movie called “The Ten Commandments” starring Charlton Heston when it arrived on the scene in 1956.
The film was a smashing hit! (Do they say this in England?)
It grossed so much money that it rates among the top grossing movies in history. As a tradition, The 10 Commandments has been broadcasted yearly for decades.
What made this movie so popular? Well, it has everything! Lights, sound, all-star cast, special effects, and action!
The intriguing story line was right for the society of that day. It is a script based on the point of writing genius! It entertained, it touched, and it made people rethink their lives! Where did the inspiration come from for such a movie?
No one can deny the writers had to research God’s Word The Holy Bible. With this fact established, let us now address an important issue today. All right?
We carefully want to differentiate a biblical story told solely for entertainment, in some cases, amusement purposes, and one that is relating the facts of the Holy Bible.
Take the life of Moses. When you read God’s Word the Holy Bible you find out God’s name is brought up and called upon by men, women nearly 7,000 times!
You say, “What? Did he mean 7 times?”
Uh uh, you heard correctly, God’s personal name is in the Holy Bible nearly 7,000 times! Does this show you how respected the name of God has been throughout history? Children have been taught this name from an early age.
God’s Thoughts on His Personal Name
When Moses asked for God’s name in the movie, so many heard and remembered down to this day what the response was to Moses, played by the actor Charlton Heston. In the movie they actually paraphrase what God stated, “I am that I am.”
Paraphrasing is often used to reword statements, contracts, etc… In order to shorten to a certain extent for brevity and yes to make it clearer to the readers and listeners.
When paraphrasing important information we do not want to lose its meaning. Right?
In many instances this is what happened to so many who never take the Bible’s story of Moses that is in the record of Exodus. Do you wish to discover the whole answer to Moses stated question here?
Ex 3: 13 – But Moses said to the true God: “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your forefathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is his name?’ What should I say to them?”
It is good you tender-hearted ones really want to know. Well, here is more of the conversation Moses had with God. Observe the response. [Italics and colors used to highlight]
Exodus 3:14, 15 - So God said to Moses: “I Will Become What I Choose to Become.” And he added: “This is what you are to say to the Israelites, ‘I Will Become has sent me to you.’” Then God said once more to Moses: “This is what you are to say to the Israelites, ‘Jehovah the God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and this is how I am to be remembered from generation to generation. . .
There you have it, folks. God told Moses something he already knew, that God’s name is
Awesome Power to Make Mountains and Everything else.
Jehovah, and he was about to help the people know the meaning behind that name. Jehovah can and will become anything that is needed to fulfill his purpose! And in the case of Moses and his people, they would greatly benefit by listening to their God Jehovah.
Well, there you have it for this Special Season – Special Time of Blogging article. If the subject as important as God’s name could be lost and misunderstood from people watching one movie for entertainment purposes, and this was in the 1950’s, do you think we should read these biblical accounts for ourselves today?
When the Holy Bible’s events are paraphrased for entertainment, this is up to your conscience whether you will view the movies or not, it behooves (necessary; proper to do) the individual to search out the information for his or herself.
It is like studying a map to know your traveling destination. If a wrong route is drawn on the map, you could be riding around in circles for hours until you figure out something is wrong. In effect, losing valuable time. Who wants to go through this experience? Can knowing this information benefit people of different cultures today?
Hopefully, you found this informative and I hope something positive happens for you today.
Why is it important to know and use God’s personal name?
Do you have a close relationship with anyone whose personal name you do not know? For people to whom God is nameless he is often merely an impersonal force, not a real person, not someone that they know and love and to whom they can speak from the heart in prayer. If they do pray, their prayers are merely a ritual, a formalistic repetition of memorized expressions.
True Christians have a commission from Jesus Christ to make disciples of people of all nations. When teaching these people, how would it be possible to identify the true God as different from the false gods of the nations? Only by using His personal name, as the Bible itself does.—Matt. 28:19, 20; 1 Cor. 8:5, 6. [ rs p. 196-p. 197 Jehovah]
