You have most likely realized people you once thought you knew have changed. Or have they really changed? Could it be they are experiencing things in life that are totally beyond their control? Everyone can look in the mirror and raise a hand in agreement.
Here is a well put together infographic called Desk Rage. Kudos to all the sources involved in this report!

The next question is how much consideration can or should be given to a person experiencing symptoms shown in Desk Rage? What type of judge would you want to handle the matter? Here are two biblical thoughts for further consideration in making well thought out decisions?
Would a boss or company president with the traits mentioned in point 1 appeal to you?
1) “Happy are the merciful, since they will be shown mercy.” -Jesus
Would a boss or company president with the traits mentioned in point 2 appeal to you?
2) “They are cruel and will show no mercy.” -Jeremiah
As shown from the beginning of this post, a lot of people will identify with some of the feelings in the inforgraphic and with hands raised high say: “I need help.”
How often are we willing to give what is needed to others? If answer number 1 appeals to you, then know you are an individual looking for better things and a better world. This Desk Rage culture will not always be here.
Until then, continue to deal with others as if you are dealing with yourself. It will help you to give what is needed when necessary and it will be returned to you. If not now, it will be in a better world.
